World Trade Information

We would like to cordially welcome you to WTI World Trade Information e. K. (WT-Info). We offer an interactive Website for international trade. On our website you can find company news, purchase and sales information from 27 industries.


Registered User

The registered user can publish their inquiries, offers, job offers and company news in English, Chinese, Japanese and German, on our Website by themselves.

In addition, for registered user, we translate the product names into Chinese, Japanese and German and this will be also stored in the data base of our website:

www.worldtradeinformation.net and
www.wt-info.com

Thus the registered user can be found by searching for product in English, Chinese, Japanese and German.


Period of use

The period of use lasts 12 months and will be automatically extended for a further 12 months, unless written notice is present one month before the expiry of the reriod of use.


Contract conclusion

The user contract between the applicant and the WT-Info is made, when the applicant sends the form of application of use, which can be printed out after entiring your application data, to WT-Info under the fax number +49-40-4318 3523.


Publication fee

The publication fee, depending upon the quantity of the publications during the period of use in one year, are as following:

35 publications for € 350,
50 publications for € 500,
85 publications for € 750,
125 publications for € 1.000,
215 publications for € 1.500.


Responsibility of the registered user

WT-Info can reject a request for registered user and publication on this website, if it is not feasible for technical reasons or if the entry offends against legislation or the rights of third parties, if it is immoral or is contrary to the interests of WT-Info.

If WT-Info obtains knowledge of such offences after publication, the publication will be deleted and the contract will be terminated. If necessary legal action will be taken. WT-Info reserves the right to claim for compensation. With the publication of his data, the registered user has to consider the valid German and foreign laws. registered user is responsible for the content of his publication by themselves, in particular for the correctness of the data being published.

Registered user shall keep WT-Info free from all the requirements of third parties, should they make them to WT-Info because of violation of their rights through illegal behaviour of registered user.

WT-Info is entitled to provisionally or completely close the access to entries in these website, if a third party claims that the law is being broken by the publication and if justified doubts about the legal standard of the publication exist. The claim for remuneration remains unaffected by the blockage of entries. If the registered user can not prove, on request, his legitimacy , WT-Info is justified for this important reason in terminating the contract.

Registered user commit themselves to consider in particular the valid regulations for the protection of children and young people.


Guarantee

WT-Info guarantees the general availability of the website www.worldtradeinformation.net as well as the retrieval of the data stored in our data base.

For the correctness of the content and legal validity of the publication WT-Info can make no guarantee. If individual data are incorrect, incomplete or not current, WT-Info can likewise make no guarantee, and similarly for the usefulness of the recalled data for the public user.

The guarantee is exempt when insignificant impairment of the publication exists, which impairs neither the use of this website as such nor the provision of the information of the individual publication.

Unsatisfactory performance by WT-Info, which are not based on incorrectness, missing data of the registered user, or a disturbance of an unsatisfactory performance of a third party or any other impairment as mentioned above, the warranty claims are limited to the right to rework.


Liability

WT-Info is responsible only for intention and gross negligence. The liability for slight negligence is excluded. With slight negligent violation of a substantial contract obligation by WT-Info or its assistants, the liability is limited to the foreseeable damage.

WT-Info is not responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data that are held in the WT-Info website and the damage resulting from the incorrectness and incompleteness of the data.

Moreover liability is excluded, which results from the direct or indirect use of the WT-Info website. The liability for official measures through no fault of WT-Info , labour disputes, natural catastrophes and coincidental damage is likewise not possible. The requirements for compensation against WT-Info fall under the statute of limitations in one year after beginning of the contract, this does not apply to requirements because of an unlawful act. These regulations are not applicable to according to the product liability law.


Writing, applicable right and area of jurisdiction

All explanations, which are conveyed in the context of the contract with WT-Info, must take place in writing or via E-Mail. The E-Mail address from WT-Info is contact@wt-info.com. The postal address of WT-Info is WTI World Trade Information e. K., Schanzenstr. 1, 20357 Hamburg, Germany. The postal address as well as the E-Mail address of a registered user are those, which were indicated in the form of application of use. WT-Info reserves their right to change the E-Mail address according to their discretion. In this case WT-Info will inform their registered user about the change of the E-Mail address.

This contract including these general terms of business is subject to the right of the Federal Republic of Germany. The jurisdiction is Hamburg, Federal Republic of Germany.


Change of these general terms of business, severability clause

WT-Info reserves the right to change this general terms of business at any time and without stating the reasons. The changed conditions shall be sent to the registered user by e-mail two weeks before they come into force. If the registered users do not object to the validity of the new general terms of business within two weeks after receipt of the E-Mail, the changed general terms of business are considered as accepted. WT-Info will refer registered user in the e-mail, which contains the changed conditions, to the meaning of this two-week period separately.

If a clause of these general terms of business is ineffective, the remaining clauses remain unaffected by it. The ineffective clause is considered as replaced by a clause, which is closest, in a legally effective and economical way, to the sense and purpose of the ineffective clause. The same applies to possible regulation gaps.
